Mevell is a small family business dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship and and sustainable practices, we plant a tree for each board we sell. 

Ten years ago, we came to Canada, wanting to make a better life for our children. As teenagers we spent many hours carving wooden toys and playing with wood, thats how we developed a passion for the warmth and charm of handcrafted objects. As entrepreneurs, we wanted to create a high-quality product that was also affordable. We felt that the kind of rich and simple beauty that wood offers should be available to everyone.

We founded Mevell and decided to produce hand-crafted wooden cutting boards. Both functional and aesthetic, we loved the idea of offering customers a well-crafted top-performing board that would bring warmth and elegance to their food prep and dining experience.
